Are we making room in our Inn?

Today's Relief Society lesson was so amazing, they talked about making room in your Inn for Jesus Christ. Here are the questions that they asked. Take a minute to ponder them and make a change. I am grateful for teachers who give of their time and bring us closer to our Father in Heaven.

Are we making room in our Inn everyday for Jesus Christ?

1. Is it with me "the kingdom of God or nothing? What is our highest priority?

2. Have I, like Mary [Luke 10:40-42] chosen that good part?

3. To what extent do I allow myself to be driven by secondary causes? [pg 59 in last general conf. ensign]

4. Do I allow my business and good works to crowd out my faith?
"faith without works is dead" and might I [the brethren who delivered the talk] also say "works without faith is dead"
Are we too busy with sporting activities with our kids driving them to and from and rush rush rush? Will they say to us later in life they wished we would have spent more time as a family studying the Gospel and growing testimonies?

5. Do I, like Mother Teresa, see the face of Christ in the faces that we serve?

6. Are my public self and my private self the same person? Are we striving for "what you see is what you get" or are we "playing church" but in private not obeying God?

7. Do I live in a constant state of repentance?

8. To what extent is my ultimate trust in Christ?

9. Am I striving to gain the mind of Christ?

10. Do I have hope in Christ?
