Cross-Country

I decided to start training to race again.

My coach from college text me during the Olympic women's marathon and asked if I was watching. Sadly, I only got to watch it online a few days later. But was still enthralled!

So since Xander is almost 5 months old now, I figured now is a good time as any to start up my training routine and racing schedule. This is very exciting for me, as I love my sport and miss it dearly. I also want to start up the running club that I had going on a few years ago and get a few sponsors :) I have a few businesses in mind to ask, so we'll see. I plan to race every 4-5 weeks and really just get my base up.

EXCITING!!

I can't wait to see where this road takes us!

That is so great!! It really takes time after having a baby to workout with the intensity you had before WITHOUT getting injured so becareful take it slow and then watch out cuz I know we'll be eating your dust!!! You'll be in super shape in no time!!

The marathon motivated me as well! I cannot run outside, due to my asthma, but I've been running indoors almost every day now.
