We set up [by we I mean Cameron] the crib for Sebastian today. He had previously been sleeping in a cradle that I slept in as a kid. This cradle has been used by my mother and my sisters. It's definitely getting up there in years but is still beautiful and sturdy.
What a bitter-sweet day it has been. Mostly a day of reflection and I am in awe with how fast this kid is growing. I really would love it if my boys could stay babies forever. Ok so not forEVER just a bit longer than they do. They change so much from week to week that its incredible.
I don't remember, however, the crib being so large. with everything in that room there is very little open space. I guess we are going to rearrange the boys room to be more efficient ie... less cluttered.
Me and all of my hobbies. I was talking with a friend today and came to the conclusion that if i did not sew, crochet, paint, make jewelry, scrapbook, draw etc I would have plenty of room for everything else in my house. But how dull and boring would I find my life? I love creating things for myself and others. It makes me happy. And for the time being the boys' room shares space with my craft/sewing room. I can't wait until they all have their own space. :)
